Steve joined Grant Colson in March 2015 following a successful career within the Financial Services industry. He has previously been a Financial Adviser and more recently has worked in the tax and technical support department of a large national wealth management company.

Steve takes an analytical approach to his work in order to ensure that our clients receive the best level of service for their needs. Steve holds the Diploma in Financial Services and is currently studying to achieve Chartered status.

Steve lives in Berkshire with his wife and three children, and in his spare time, enjoys photography.

Tamsyn joined the Openwork Partnership Network as a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection advisor in 2022 and has a wealth of experience helping clients get the finance and insurances required for their new homes.

Tamsyn loves to help her clients and families accomplish their goals and tailoring a solution to meet their needs.

Tamsyn lives in Gloucestershire and enjoys walks in the Cotswolds with her husband, two children and dog - Benny the Bernedoodle.’

Since starting his career in financial services in 2013, George enjoys taking the time to get to know his clients in order to understand their unique circumstances, as well as their short, medium and long-term goals for the future.

His approach helps his clients make informed financial decisions to suit their individual needs, helping them make sense of what matters. 

Outside of work, George is passionate about conservation and the restoration of our natural environments, and feels most at home outdoors.

Ventura joined Grant Colson in July 2022. After graduating with a first in Economic and Finance in 2018, Ventura gained further experience working in various roles within financial services.

These roles have enabled Ventura to grasp a broader view of the financial services industry and a greater knowledge of different products. Along with his role at Grant Colson, Ventura is also studying towards a Diploma in regulated financial planning.

Ventura lives in London with family. He is an avid fragrance collector and also loves to play tennis.

Natasha started her career in wealth management in 2015, gaining international experience by working in Toronto, Miami, and London.Her professional repertoire encompasses not only administrative and technical support but also a proven track record in team management, a role in which she excels at ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. She has been instrumental in project delivery, leveraging her data insights and innovative strategic thinking to propose recommendations that enhance efficiency and drive team effectiveness.

With her passion for developing relationships and years of customer service experience, she has the skills and ability to adapt to changing customer needs to provide each client with a personable and high-quality experience. Natasha is a solid team player with an ongoing positive demeanour and proven skills in establishing client rapport. She is motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success.

When not at work, Natasha enjoys travelling, going on countryside hikes, and driving with her husband. She also loves music and enjoys going to concerts and playing the piano and trumpet in her free time.
